Meditation is merely the process of observing, but not reacting to your thoughts and letting them go.
You cannot control your thoughts, so you must learn to see what they are and release them. Through this
process, you will see that with the release of your thoughts from your mind, you will be closer to achieving a meditative state.
while meditating , you should learn to control your breathing. Breathe slow and steady. You may sit in a
relaxed position in a straight, upright posture for optimal breathing.
